"The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because as I was working with Kari, I provided a spreadsheet with a list of companies I had pulled from the Salesgenie database. My goal was to get the email addresses for each company added to that spreadsheet. Initially, Kari had said that she had 378 email addresses that she could provide. With that in mind, I purchased all 378 with my credit card. The only issue is that when I got the spreadsheet back from Kari, there were only 208, not 378. Kari corrected that issue however by issuing a refund on my credit card for the number of emails that were missing. Karen was a a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and very professional. I look forward to working with her again. "
