It's an excellent product. The interface is for the most part intuitive and the data search options are quite robust - anyone who knows their way around the web or most other interactive productivity tools will be fine using it. If anything you'll want a trainer to point things out to you that maybe you glossed over because there are so many options - it helps to have a head involved that knows it inside and out.

As the team, I worked with Angela on the account side and Bertie on the user training side.

Angela was patient and kind to me as I was comparing four different solutions, so I was constantly back and forth with her with different questions. She was terrific, always answered them quickly and, once my team decided to pull the trigger, had it set up and back to me within an hour.

Bertie was equally patient with me and was helpful in pointing out things I didn't see on the surface, including the means to replicate a search to get results similar to a given search. I am certain I will need to draw on her experience again in the near future!

"After comparing all the CRMs and Sales Lead services on the market, I agreed to give Salesgenie a try after my Salesforce rep was a no-show for two separate demo appointments (when I logging in for my first Salesforce demo and waited 10 minutes, I called my Salesforce rep on her cell phone and she answered her call in an Uber).
