"I have been in the calling industry for many years now and have used various platforms and lead generation software, never having something like Salesgenie. Salesgenie is a "SMART" platform, where everything is at your fingertips. I love the way I can filter my own leads the way I want them, not the way that someone else thinks I want them. I have many options to source from and once you get through the initial 30 minute training, the entire program is "user-friendly."

I am personally using the Salesgenie professional level, which fits my needs for right now. I have managed to add another tier in my sales calls by using Salesgenie, and I am already seeing the benefits in sales by doing so. Now, always with the pros, there must be some cons. Not that Salesgenie really has any cons to it, but let's say it could be revamped just to be a little bit more useful to everyone.

The reason I originally liked salesgenie is for the fact that I started calling of excel sheet lists and wanted to be able to make my daily, weekly and monthly reporting of calls made and lead statuses pending. I am a little let down that Salesgenie professional does not let me get my reports as Salesgenie Team does. I understand with Salesgenie team, you have more options to create reports, which is due to the number of callers assigned to it. I wish we could have the same opportunity to get reports just for one user in Salesgenie Pro. I have bosses above me who need to see reports done on progress and I have to revert back to my excel spreadsheet days where I have to count one by one. This option missing could be a reason to decide if whether to continue or not. Salesgenie should at least be able to charge extra for this option on Salesgenie Pro to be used on both platforms. That is my only con with Salesgenie. Besides that, everything else works as it should."
