"I must begin with relevant disclaimers:
1. I have only used InfoUSA for a single purpose, the purchase of new mover mailing lists.
2. I do not have a broad frame of reference when it comes to list-providing companies or service.
3. I have used them for 6 months now, and if 3 is a trend then I should be equipped to offer a viable review within my limited scope of function.

Due to disclaimer #2 above, I cannot speak to this with any authority.
Service/Responsiveness:
My InfoUSA representative has always been cordial and pleasant to work with. However when it comes to responsiveness the quality has not been excellent.
I have called 5-7 times and more often than not have left voicemails (off the top of the head, I can confidently say at least half of the calls were not during lunch hours). The voicemails are returned inconsistently, sometimes after a few hours, sometimes the next day. I understand they are busy and try to minimize effect by planning ahead but in more time-sensitive circumstances I am not fully confident that they would be there for me.
One month I was sent a duplicate list from the month before but labeled as new. To their credit my rep fixed this within 1 business day and has not made the error again since.
When my rep will be out of the office he tells me beforehand and assigns me a different rep who will fill in. I appreciate the forethought.
Generally speaking, InfoUSA has provided a relatively painless process with pleasant if not extremely responsive service.
Again, I do not have a frame of reference for other such companies or services so cannot say where they fall amongst competition. That being said, I would recommend them to a friend with disclaimers.
