"Ordered 2,000 labels and only received 1,980. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was told they were going to take action to fix it and months later and several disputes later they did nothing to fix it. When I called back after the dispute to have to deal with their poor service again, I get hung up on by their manager. After purchasing the labels I was told that there was a 5-10% send back, yet I have gotten 25% back and now lost money on postage and envelopes. This company delivers false advertisement and has no desire to keep their customers happy. I will NOT be doing business with them ever again and I recommend you go elsewhere as well."
