"I ordered a list that was supposed to be very specifically targeted. I specifically chose businesses that were less than 10 employees, non-franchise, and several other specifics. The list I got was completely unusable. There were very large businesses with hundreds of employees on the list, there were many businesses that were out of business, and many of the people named did not actually exist there. I asked for a refund and it was refused. I had to dispute the charges with PayPal and then again with my credit card company."
