"I purchased a list of 1000 "phone verified" contacts to which I sent mailers and started a phone calling campaign. The first 100 contacts I sent Mailers to and received 12% returned in the mail SO FAR with more coming in every day.
I also call the list and find that a very high percentage of the people I ask for have not been with the company for many years, phone numbers are disconnected, etc.....
Before I purchased the list I was told specifically that the contacts were "phone verified" many times throughout the year. I find this to be obviously untrue and a cheap tactic to make a sale. How can you phone verify a contact many times a year if they have not been there in many years?
Stay away from this company at all costs. After my dispute they offered a 20% refund on my list. As if a 20% refund would make up for all of the lost funds from mailing campaigns, and callers to a bogus list."

"Ordered list of fax numbers where 1369 failed out of 4357 purchased. Requested adjustment or return of failed numbers but was told could only credit next order. Stated we were uncertain about any future purchases at this time due to data quality concerns and requested credit and was told that is against InfoUSA's policy. However, then I read the last survey questions which contradicts that statment. Disappointed to say the least."
