"Purchased a full database, for my search criteria, from Databaseusa.com which had just ver 21k records after validation, I split the list up and sent out around 2k records over a period of time. I received almost 600 failed deliveries on those 2k records sent out! I haven't even started going through the remaining 19k odd records. Tried following up with Salesperson Jesse Dillon a few times with no response on the resolution to this. Would think twice before buying from Databaseusa.com."

"Paid for 200K emails to be sent out. They promised it would be a good list like every sales person does. Out of the 200K emails sent-only 100K were delivered and we got 72 unique clicks. That is .0003% click rate when the industry average is .5%-1.5%. It was hands down the biggest waste of money I ever spent! Run away from these crooks. "

"I ordered 2kinds of date base. They never gave me what I ordered. It suppose to be new parents who had babies within 6-12 months. I got a data base with ages between 55-92. Many of them are in their 60's. And the few names they gave me was wrong numbers or disconnected. Another Data base.. Over 90% of them are either wrong numbers or disconnected. When I inquire about the 95% accuracy, I got an answer from Jesse the sales guy that it is not for my list. It was not made aware when I ordered it. I gave the benefit of the doubt and called about 5% of the names they gave me. Out of 35 names only 2 of them are legit. Don't be fooled by them. This is the first time I ever ordered list in my career life. And it is a disaster. They won't refund my money and I have to open up a dispute with my credit card company. I know some people had a some good experience. But I wouldn't even recommend my competitor to these guys. A lot of lies and deception. BEWARE..."

"They promise to only provide verified leads but in the end you get lists with 30%+ bounce rate. Their refund policy is a joke as they only refund using another faulty database. Look up their Google Reviews, all of it is true. Bunch of greedy and pathetic crooks!! The only thing you should do is write a bad review, nothing else..."
