"My order arrived very quickly, but both reams of paper I ordered had the outer wrapping torn all around the enclosed paper, barely holding the sheets from being scattered throughout the shipping box. Maybe a bit of wrapping in the container would have kept the wrappers from tearing so badly."

"I placed an order online and checked the status in my account each day to see how it is progressing and see if there was an expected delivery date. Suddenly I get an email from my accountant telling me that my card was refunded the same amount that databazaar charged me for my order. When i logged in to look at my order it said "closed" I have spent all day trying to call, email or chat to figure out what is going on with my order but there has been no response.
If they need to cancel an order, they should at least send some sort of notification that it is being cancelled and not leave their customer waiting.
Go find someone who actually wants your business and will treat you like a valued customer."

I placed an order for a few items before the weekend, and woke up on Monday to an indication from paypal that my payment had been refunded. Looking at the site, my order is "closed".
There was no explanation offered, and I have heard nothing from the company itself. The website was quite happy to take an order shipping to Honolulu, and its not like this was a free-shipping-but-not-for-you deal, as the total included a charge for S&H. I wasn't buying anything particularly large or heavy; it's not as if I was expecting them to send me several hundred pounds of equipment.
