"So I discovered this online store a while go on a forum called 'GPN' and subitted this store to this site. Now, I can submit a review after two purcahses from this company. This company does all the right things... they stock and only send the most up to date things, distributing only the newest components on their scooters... their inventory is vast, and their shipping could not be any faster. They answer all questions as well. The one thing that sets DDM apart is that they are there for goped enthusists- posting updates, news, chatting, and give away freebies on GopedNation.com, the biggest Goped related website and messageboard. "

"My initial enquiries re 2 Bigfoot Go-Peds were answered promptly and effeciently and this company emphasised their International Sales and "top notch" after sales. The goods were received quickly after despatch by airfreight courier but both items were damaged and the warranty paperwork that accompanied the goods had not been completed by Daves. It took several emails before getting an answer from Daves (they were able to respond by return before they got my order and money!) and they said if I returned the paperwork and faulty parts, they would send out replacements. I took the parts with me on my trip to Florida and gave them to a friend to mail from Michigan. Again, several unanswered emails, then eventually in May an email from Daves saying that they would honor their warranty and were despatching the parts. After 3 months, $1400+ and numerous emails still no replacement parts and they have not bothered replying to my last 2 emails"
