I'll be waiting until I noticed by the parts guy. Who has his face in a monitor pulling part orders for service dept. With other employees who want him to do something for them."
"I placed an order over $200.00 which included a windshield wiper reservoir. Though the diagram of the order showed it came with the cap, it did not. Orders over 75.00 are free shipping. I had to place a separate additional order for the plastic cap (size of a silver dollar) and was charged 13.00 for the 4.00 dollar part. They would not waive shipping. No fault of mine and should have been included on prior order if their online diagrams were accurate."

Called, left message no response. Chatted with Sasha, got another number. Called, sorry parts closed. Got another number, finally got parts Dept. Said they hadn’t received the part yet. After a tense conversation said it’d be mailed next day??? Got the part, truck was down for over two weeks for a $12 part. If you need a part and can wait and don’t mind being ignored, this is the place to go."
