"Poor service all together. Placed and order 3/18 it is nor 5/4 still do not have my furniture. I have had to call over and over and each time I'm told something different. They recievedbit damaged, okay,I was not called to be informed of delay. I was told I should get what I ordered by the end of April. Called 5/1 spoke with manager who told me there is no order as my cc was expired so it declined. That is not true, told her I was going to contact the BBB SHE THEN SAID oh they just have not received it yet, I asked when she said she would call Ashleigh and call me back the next day. I asked why she said my cc declined she said she had the wrong account. 5/4 no call back from her, I called and was told the couch is on backorder and will not receive until maybe the end of may. Explained that different stories and my frustration Asked for a refund was told that they already ordered it, asked her to call Ashleigh and see when, she would not asked for a manager call back and have not yet received one. Had to call bank to dispute in order to get this resolved. The 150 I was going to save is jot worth the aggrivation and lack of service."
"Dazfurniture the one stop furniture shop is the only place in town that offers furniture from top brand manufacturers. With so many styles and brands, it could take you a whole day just to decide which piece you would want to buy as each one seems different and better than the other."
"This place is a complete joke. The customer service is lousy at best no communication, and you have to go through 3 people to get someone who speaks English. We have been waiting for 2 chairs since January and it's now the middle of March. We were promised delivery on February 5th but nobody showed up or called. Please don't waste your time dealing with these unprofessional idiots. "
"I have to admit, I was a little nervous ordering furniture online. But I have to tell you, with this being my first experience. Daz Furniture was exceptional, every step of the way. The quality and craftsmanship was beyond words; exceptional. I was not disappointed. My Sofa exceeded all of my expectations. Let's not forget the customer service calls, notification of delivery and shipping.

"Terrible, terrible customer service. I never write critical reviews, in fact this maybe my first and I'm 48. I've bought lots of furniture from many different places over the years, this place is a disaster. The customer service rep flat out lies about delivery dates, warehouse inspections, you name it. Told me I was on the delivery schedule on a certain date for a piece we were waiting for that she confirmed was sitting in her warehouse, then when they blew me off on the delivery date (and of course I had to call them to find out), she blamed her warehouse dept for not calling me.
I'm ok waiting for furniture I want for a couple months, but what I don't want is a delivery estimate that has no basis in reality. Nor do I want a customer service team that doesn't ever call you when they clearly state they will, never updates you when something changes, and when you call them back they reread you a different version of what they already agreed to, and then accuse you of changing your story! Avoid this place like the plague. Sincerely."
"These people are the absolute worse to deal with. The wrong bed rails were delivered and it took them over a month to get the correct ones, only after I told them they had them an another store and they purchased them to then deliver and mount my bed. Then, when I purchased the bedroom set, I was told I had 12 months no interest, but it turns out, they set the terms for 6 months no interest. I have called repeatedly to speak with the sales person or the manager and have not been able to resolve the issue. I purchased the furniture in October and it's now almost the end of February and no call back. I have called at least 10 times. I have lost count at this point. If you can, go spend your money somewhere else, even it if means you spend a bit more. It's not the worth the aggravation."

"I will never recommend this store. Recently, I bought a coffee table and Dining table. They told me to deliver the table at mid of august (we managed without dining table during that time since we moved to libertyville and we discarded our old table before moving, unfortunately I had guest at that time). When I called, the lady said the delivery date is changed and will be end of the august. The customer service didn't bother even to write me an email that furniture delivery date is changed. Finally I received the dining table, but the table was not exactly same what was in the store. One chair has kind of broken wood (chipping). The table finishing from lower side was bad. Table top has some oily type spots those can not be cleaned. We found some staples on the floor and we believe those are falling from furniture. I called, wrote email and sent a photographs to DAZ furniture. They scheduled the appointment to inspect the furniture, but they cancelled that. Suddenly they called me and said that the professional can come now, which was impossible for me since I was at work. Finally, I gave up. I gave them enough chance, now I am on my own after paying $1000.
I found this store is not reliable and committed to what they say.

"I went to the store to look for a sectional. I told the representative that I needed one as soon as possible since I didn t have a sofa in the living room anymore. The representative was very nice and patient with us, so we finally decided on a sectional. We were about to order a different material and color for the sectional. But we were told that by choosing a stock color will take only 4 weeks to ship it to the store versus 6 weeks if we would have chosen our own color and material. We wanted to have a sectional in the living room fast, so we went with the stock color.
Now is already 5 weeks and the sectional is not in yet. I called three times by now and every time I call they will tell me something different. The first time they told me the sectional was shipped on June 28th (order date was June 8). The second time I called they told me that the manufacturer shipped the sectional only on July 10th and I will have it at the end of the month. The third time I called they told me I will have the sectional at the end of next week. Talking more to the representative on the phone he tells me that we could pick up our sectional on Wednesday July 24. Literally, I don t know what to believe. I asked him nicely to give me a free shipping for the extra wait time. He said that he can t do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he replies that the supervisor is not in store today, but he will be tomorrow.
I am very frustrated, because I specifically asked about the shipping time. So I did choose the shortest period I was offered. I understand that the manufacturer won t respect their promise sometimes, but when you make a customer happy you will gain a few more customers. I don t think I asked for a lot when I asked for free shipping keeping in mind that I had to wait longer. (I could have chosen my preferred color and material for this amount of time like they mentioned.) I really hope that I can get my sectional next week like they say.
I called the store 2 days later to speak to a supervisor, but the lady that answered said she can help me out. She kept me on the line for 10 minutes just to tell me the same thing: that my furniture will come at the end of the month. I don't think they even know that for sure. After that I asked nicely to speak to the supervisor, but the sales person answered the phone call instead. Obviously, the supervisor won't speak to you if you ever have a problem with your order, don't bother asking for him. Now, I am just waiting I don't know for how long to get this sectional. The sales person estimated a 4-6 week waiting period and that it's over and they have no idea when this shipment it's coming in. This is ridiculous. Happy shopping at Daz Furniture!"
