"I've been a very good customer over probably about 15 years to Deadgoodundies, over which time I've spent a lot with them. I've never complained, I've always left them good feedback and even if there's been any issue I've never returned anything or complained. I recently found I was blocked by them on eBay and my account was gone on their own website. I can only assume it was an error as there is no cause for it, and I have contacted them via eBay and via their site to ask why. Unfortunately they don't have the courtesy to reply and tell me why or do anything about it. The long and short or it is that this company has no respect for a customer of about 15 years, they have a poor customer service attitude and they will lose a lot of sales as a consequence. I have no time for companies like this and I suggest if you have a choice you buy from elsewhere."

"This business is unreliable and dishonest. An order was placed in two parts. A discount and free shipping was offered on the second part. The first part (8 items) was delivered with a mixture of packaging (some looked like old stock). The business could then not supply the second part (8 items). The business keeps saying how small it is as an excuse."
