"Horrible horrible site. TOTAL RIPOFF. I've gone against my better judgement and used this site several times. The orders I have received were crap and the rest I did not receive (with no email responses of course.) I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau of this company. They also delete negative feedback on their site and write their own good reviews.

The good reviews on here are most likely written by someone who works for deadly deal or they occasionally send 1 out 100 orders and ask that person to write a positive review.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

"Like other here, I also ordered an item from them. I placed my order in March and emailed them a couple of weeks later to see where the item was. They replied and said it was coming from Hong Kong and should arrive within 4 weeks. I waited the 4 weeks and never saw it. Tried to get a refund from PayPal but waited too long. Since then I emailed Deadly Deals at least twice a week and never got any reply back from them. Obviously they wanted me to wait long enough so I couldn't get my money back and I never saw the item nor got a refund. It is now June so I assume I'm out the money. Will never purchase from then again. No worth the risk or headache."

"I purchased a refurbished iPad on Feb. 20th. After waiting already 4 weeks, I wrote to them and they responded that it was coming from Hong Kong and would take up to 4 weeks. It is now 7 weeks and I really doubt that I will see what I purchased. I notified Pay Pal who has a running dispute, but I feel like I've been taken for a fake deal. They have not refunded my money either after repeated requests.
I have shared the situation with my whole school as a lesson against online scams.

"I believe this site to be a total rip off too. I placed an order December 1...got an email saying it shipped on Dec 14 & still have not recieved my purchase. I have emailed the company & have received no return email from them either. I am going to try going through paypal to get my money back. What a pain! Not worth the risk in my opinion!!"

"I made an order on August 26th, 2010.

Today is October 19th, 2010.

I still haven't received anything from Deadly Deal.

I've already got my money back from PayPal, so if my items ever do arrive I'll come back and post if they were even worth getting for free. LOL

RIP OFF as far as I'm concerned right now.

OH, and they NEVER responded to ANY of my e-mails. I DID report them to the BBB, and asked that the BBB file my complaint for any future references.

"Deadly full of ripoff!! Ordered a netbook from DeadlyDeal.com When it arrived it wouldn't turn on. Got an RMA number from them and sent it back to the address given to me. USPS returned it undeliverable. I contacted DD.com and they added unit number so I spent yet another $10 to return it. Never heard another word from them. No replies. Turned them into the BBB. Still nothing. Now I am out $170!!"

"I have previously made 10 individual orders. My first order was in March 2009. Some of the items came from their dropshipper in China, and other products came from DeadlyDeal directly. I received every order that I purchased. One order arrived 2 weeks late, but when I inquired about it's status DeadlyDeal responded to my inquiry within 36 hours, and explained about the delay and apologized. 3 days later my package arrived without issue.

I can't understand how other customers are bashing DeadlyDeal and talking down about their customer service. I have nothing bad to say about DeadlyDeal.

Everything I've purchased is in the condition as described when I purchased the item. I find their very inexpensive "Mystery Boxes", "Mystery Crap" or *FREE Items* very entertaining. It's always a fun surprise, and the Mystery boxes retail value always exceeds the $1.00 that was paid for it.

Overall:

* Items for sale are of good to very good value

* Items arrive in an exceptable timeframe, especially when the shipping is FREE

* Customer Service was responsive and very helpful

* I would reccomend DeadlyDeal to others

One week later, I received ONE of the TWO items I ordered. So, I waited 2 weeks to see if it would show up. It never did, so I sent a message through their forms on the website to DeadlyDeal.com's customer service dept. on May 21. I did not receive a response, so I sent another request through the forms on their website on June 2. This is the e-mail that I received from them:

After waiting to hear from someone, I finally grew impatient and sent an e-mail directly to their customer service department on June 19. Once again, I received the exact same generic form letter from them stating that they will reply to my e-mail soon. Well, here we are in the middle of September and I STILL have yet to hear back from them.
AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.

"I ordered two of the Elecronic Mystery Deal - Netbooks & More !, I saw netbook so I stupidly bought it, combined both cost me $50, I ended up receiving a 1GB no name screen less mp3 player, and a 2gb mp3 playing sun glasses. So basically total junk, I wouldn't have minded if it was ~$10 but not at the price I paid, a total ripoff, I'm sticking to just woots random crap."

"Horrible Horrible Horrible... I ordered it in December, simple ipod cases. Waited one month, still nothing. On Jan. 12th I emailed support. They confirmed the order was messed up and they would send out double the amount. I never got that either. Now I cannot get them to even reply to my emails. Stay clear of these idiots. The BBB should shut them down."

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE(not strong enough words) CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Purchased 3 items. It was a mystery deal,, either a gps or a laptop for $49.99.I rolled the dice ordered 3. Got all gps no big deal. EXCEPT one was DOA the other two were a brand that could not be updated and were shipped with map info for the US west coast, I live in New York state.
I started the RMA process through the website.
After NUMEROUS emails to them with NO response they got back to me with the RMA info (twelve days later).
I packed everything according to the RMA info,sent them back return receipt requested via USPS at a cost of $50.
Someone there signed for them (I have the return cards) on 12-04-09.
It is now 02-02-10 still no refund. Tried calling several times no luck get an answer sometimes then "transferred" to a rep. only to either be on hold for ever or the call disconnects.
I had my credit card company go after them...they suck too. Got a partial credit on my account only to have it put back on probably because the credit card co. cannot get a response from these PEOPLE!
Now i'm out over two hundred dollars,but I'll keep trying.
Long story short IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ...YOU ARE STUPID! BE WARNED!
IF THEY GET NO BUSINESS THEY WILL BE GONE!
THEN MY LOSS AND OTHER'S LOSSES TO THESE PEOPLE WILL BE AVENGED!

UPDATE--- 02/24/10
THEY WANT ME TO DELETE THIS POSTING
THEY STILL HAVE NOT CREDITED MY ACCOUNT
