I received an e-mail that my order was shipped 2 days later via FEDEX with a tracking number. I tracked the package 1 week later and the only information from FEDEX tracking was that a label was printed and the package was never picked by FEDEX. I have attempted to contact the company via e-mail, phone, live chat. All was unsuccessful. Phone number was not inservice. No response from e-mail. Live chat was not available. If you are going to have a live chat function on your website, should you have someone available to chat during business hours????? I still have not receive my order from them as of today. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!"
"Deal800 did not send the merchandise and has not responded to e-mails or phone calls. I had to file a claim against them with Paypal which was resolved in my favor. Do not deal with this merchant.

"Purchased a replacement toner cartridge for my laser printer. It came quickly and the price was very good. Then the cartridge did not work. Sent it back and they received it on a Friday. Should have been sent out that day or at the very least the following MOnday. It is now Thursday and not yet been shipped. They tell me it will be shipped today (it is now 5:30) so I doubt it or Friday morning. I have been without the ability to print for about a week now and need it. Don't buy from this site if you need something resolved quickly. The mechanical failure of the original cartridge I bought I am ok with. Things happen and nothing is perfect but their customer service is not good. Avoid the frustration. It's worth a few more bucks not to have the frustration."

I ordered a WeighMax postal scale from Deal800. They had the best price, and the exact model I was looking for. My pre-sale e-mail was answered quickly. Shipping was fast and the item arrived in good condition.
Once I had used the item for a few days, I had a question about calibrating the scale. The manufacturer (WeighMax) was no help, so I tried contacting Deal800. I did manage to get someone on the phone, but that person simply took my name and number for a promised callback from their Technical Support Department. I never did hear back from them.I thus, cannot give them high marks."

"This is the worst service I have ever experienced from any online retailer. They are absolutely horrible. I bought
a hardware raid enclosure for around $250 on their site from a link through dealnews.com.
I paid, and everything went great(they are awesome at taking your money, just horrible about actually getting you the product you ordered).
After I paid it immediately the next day said my item was shipped and provided me with a tracking number. Great! Except then two days later when I was curious why my tracking information was never updated with any package movement, they sent me an email saying my item was out of stock(after it had already told me it was shipped and listed as in stock on their web page... awesome inventory management they have.)
They asked if I could wait two weeks for it to get back in stock, I begrudgingly agreed because I didn't really need it right away. That was my mistake.
After two weeks I finally followed up with them to ask them if the item was back in stock. They answered me a week later saying: Yes, its back in stock, we will ship it right away. Great I thought, I am finally getting my item!! Then a few days later I got suspcious, and emailed them asking for a tracking number. They contacted me back the next day saying sure, we just need to get it from our shipping department, they will contact you soon. Great I said. I waited a few days, sent another email asking for an update... a WEEK after that they sent me an email saying: Oh sorry, it isnt in stock and never shipped(of course), but will be soon. Finally me being done with this asked them for my money back and would just purchase it somewhere else. Well once you ask for your money back good luck getting it, because as soon as I did that I have yet to hear any response. I located a phone number for them online which just goes straight to voicemail.
