"Purchased a $1499 mattress that was supposed to be an upgrade from what I had wanted. Back pain began. I thought maybe it was just because mattress needed to be broken in. However, I started pressing on the mattress and noticed a soft spot on one side of the mattress about 1.5 ft x 1 ft. It was like the springs were compressed in lower. All though this company comes across as selling new mattresses, it is of my opinion (because of talking to other mattress companies and a statement Paul, from Dealbeds customer service, had made) that they sell second-hand or used mattresses. The comment he had made was “your mattress should have been manufactured a few weeks before it was delivered. I don’t know if he thought I did not look at the mattress tag or not, the tag stated it was manufactured over a year ago. (I do have pics of proof and will add if possible). The company‘s policy on returns are buyer pays for return shipping if not satisfied with comfort of mattress. I was willing to take that risk if it was just that I did not like mattress. However this mattress was defected and I still lost my $350. Customer service did say they would inspect the mattress but I have not received $350 back. This leads me to believe that it is nothing more than what I had previously stated. "
