"I wish I had read ResellerRatings before ordering a Canon lens from DealForDigital. What a scam operation! They send emails asking more more information and say you need to phone. All I got was menus and put on hold. After reading ResellerRatings I sent an email stating that I was canceling the order and would deny any charges to my credit card unless I got confirmation the lens would be sent. I got a phone call from someone who tried to sell me more stuff, and then finally said the lens would be sent. It never showed up. Someone should prosecute these jokers for false advertising. Does anyone know their corporate address? I'll write the state's attorney general if I know their home state."

"Very unsatisfied customer!! I placed an order, never heard anything about the order, and when I called to cancel the order before they charged my bank account I could never get in touch with anyone; I called three times and the least amount of time I spent listening to their hold music was 45 minutes. I sent email on top of email to find out what was going on with my order. I ordered a Nikon Camera from them; and I actually needed it before an event but because of them not processing orders like any other company; I wasn't able to get it in time.
I am VERY unsatisfied and I do see that the company replies to the positive feedback; but maybe they should somehow start addressing the negative. Why don't you explain to people WHY your company is the way it is. After I placed order they charged my card with more then twice amount and when I called and asked to explain their answer was - "it is our police to secure transaction, we adjust it after order shipment, if you dont like-cancel your order." I consulted with bank decided to wait a little to see what happens next. Finally they canceled order by themselves without providing ANY explanation, even ordered goods are still advertised as "available" on their web-site.
