"I've purchased a few items from Woot in the past with no issues. Recently I placed and order for 2 items and paid with Paypal. When the order arrived only one item was in the box with an invoice that showed both were shipped together. Each time I contact them I get the auto-reply email with a new case number and a reply about a week later saying to wait a while. They've put me through the ringer telling me to wait some more or saying a replacement was ordered. Trying to be positive, I've done as they asked. After a few weeks of the same runaround I asked for a refund. And each time it was ignored and I was told "It's shipping soon". I believe they drag it out because with Paypal you only have 45 days to put in a claim, and Woot was trying to drag it out to pass the 45 day window so they could keep the money and I would have no recourse to get my refund. My Paypal claim has now been processed even though I just received another deceitful email saying again that the order is shipping soon. Woot has terrible customer support that doesn't have the honesty to tell customers "Hey, sorry we screwed up. Here's your money back."They don't even have a phone number to speak to a live person to help with orders. 5 weeks now and still waiting for my refund. "

"Woot recently had a deal on a Dyson canister vac that i couldn't pass up so i bought it and had it in my home within a few days. Unfortunately i did not like the vacuum so i asked if i could return it and they quickly gave me a return shipping label so all i had to do was box the vacuum back up, seal the box, apply the label and call FedEx.
They came the next day to pick up the box and one week later i had my refund (including shipping).

To say i am very impressed with Woot's customer service would be a huge understatement! I dealt with two representatives via email and both were very helpful and replied very quickly to help me through the return process.

Besides having great deals on a wide range of merchandise they also have the best customer service i have ever dealt with in my life and i would highly recommend buying from them and never have any fear if you ever need to make a return.
