"I bought a Cool Gear Stainless Steel/Ceramic Travel Mug - Triple Insulated coffee mug that said it keeps coffee hot for 6 hours. At 6 hours it was lukewarm at best. I posted that the coffee did not stay hot and was only warm on a review. It never appeared. I wrote to them and they said they do not post reviews that are unfair or inappropriate. What????? I am shaking my head as to what was unfair about being honest? I unsubscribed from their mailing list as I will NEVER do business with a company that censors reviews that show they have a bad product. Who knows what the truth is when you are buying anything if they continue that practice"
"After placing my order, I heard nothing from this company - no e-mail verifying that they had received my order (although my money was taken immediately), no information about shipping, no response to two e-mails requesting information. Finally reported them to Paypal. Two weeks later, I received my merchandise.
Automated systems aren't that difficult to put into place - a confirmation e-mail is easy.

Contacted their customer service for a return and refund. Rather than respond, they simply closed the request with no explanation why or to advise if I will be receiving a refund. Basically, I'm SOL for using a no-name company to fulfill my order. I will just have to contact my credit card company to chase them for the refund."

"Ordered rubber overshoes from Dealgenius on ebay. Manufacturer had misrated the sizing, which dealgenius passed on. They were willing to refund, but not the return postage, and did not commit to refunding shipping charge. Amazon ratings of this product are full of complaints about the wrong size ratings. They showed no interest in correcting their listings for this product on ebay or on their website. I guess their genius is in finding products that will make them money by selling at the lowest price, which doesn't speak well to the quality of the products they handle."

"I ordered the bulk wrapping paper from Walmart with deal genius being the seller. My order was processing for 2 weeks, then order review for a day and back to processing order. When it was a week pass the delivery date I connected deal genius and they had no record of my order being placed. I’m just lucky I went through Walmart to place my order to prove my order was placed. I ended up getting my order a month late and money back only because I went through Walmart."
"I will never order from them again due to their "fair" return shipping policy. I will also let Wal-Mart know since I purchased your product through them. I know you think this is a "fair" policy but I think it woud have been "fair" to know this information BEFORE PURCHASING.
