"This company is horrible. I ordered Spongebob Drawn to life. I received the item and when my son played it, it was another game. But it had the spongebob case and sticker on the game. I told them I wanted a refund because this is a sign of fraud games and they told me to ship the item back without the case so shipping is cheaper and they would refund my shipping. Then when they get the game they want the case. Now I haft to make another trip to send the case. Well I also got a fan for my xbox 360. Well it wouldnt work either. It crashed my xbox so I had to pay $119 to get it repaired. Xbox said not to use this companys items. I emailed them I didnt have the package and they said to send the spongebob case and the fan back and I would get my refund and shipping costs. Well now im getting a email they are not going to refund my shipping and they are going to send me another fan. Um your piece of crap generic fraud fan crashed my xbox im not stupid enough to do that again. So what they did is stretch this out till paypal closed the case and now I cant do anything about this. Beware of this company. The fan crashed my xbox and the game had a wrong sticker and case. sounds like fraud to me. This was a $20 purchase and now has costed me $155. Ruined my sons birthday and his xbox. Im contacting paypal to let them know what this company is doing and warning people what happened. If one item was bad ok but both and lies thats not good."
