"They seem like a scam. They just use dealy tactic after delay tactic to hold you off until you request cancellaton. Then they use delay after delay and never refund. I ordered 2 sets of MB Quart speakers. After 1 week, the failed to communicate. Reply to email claimed they were on backorder 1 week. 1 week later, backordered another week. Requested refund. They agreed. After another week of no refund, I contacted again, and again, yes we'll refund. Another week, same thing again. This time, received cancellation confirmation, but email said it takes up to 60 days to process! They claim it's not them, bu the credit card companies. This is BS. I have merchant accounts and I know it doesn't take 60 days. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute."
"I am a US Army Soldier currently deployed to Afghanistan & having to deal with this company is one of the worst things that can happen to someone during a combat deployment.the worst customer service & after reading all these reviews I do agree that this company is a big scam & bad joke.I have to worry about making the right choices out here to stay alive & at the same time have in mind that there are people in the states taking the money I have not only worked but fought for!
I have emailed them several times & received bogus emails.Today i have finnally received the the email confirming my cancellation & that my money will be refunded.I have contacted the BBB,a California TV station,my bank,my laywer & will go see my military legal representative as well as the Inspecting General (I.G.) in order to make sure that my money is in my account within 7days.I highly doubt that the american people & a court will like the fact that this company is running scams on service members fighting a war for you...

"**WARNING** **WARNING** **WARNING** Do NOT give your money to this so-called company. Once you place your order - the excuses and lies will start flowing. They'll do everything that they can to make you think that they're processing the order and shipping it. It started by them saying that my shipping address didn't match the billing address so they didn't ship the radio. After phone call and a couple of emails, I found out from Robert - who is listed as sales manager on their site, manager on the better business bureau's site and he was called the warehouse manager by a guy on the phone. I think he owns the joint though - but I was told that the radio was backordered. Three days after the sale and they finally tell me that they don't have it! What happened to shipping it as soon as my address got corrected (which it was never wrong to start with). Robert said that he'd have the radio in three more days. That day came and went and he still didn't have the radio. He blamed it on Columbus Day messing up his shipments but he told me that he'd call me the next day. The next day came and went and I never got a call. At every single chance, this company will try to stall and will lie to you about your purchase. They have no concept of the truth and I believe that the scam that they run is to grab your money and earn the interest on it. After reading all of the other reviews about this company, and believe me, there are a lot of people who have been taken by this company, they'll take your money immediately and when you realize that you've been taken, you cancel the order and they don't give your money back for weeks at a time. From what I've read, they even lie about processing the refund! Don't waste your money on this company. Sure, their prices are cheap but remember - you get what you pay for!!! "

"Worst online company I have ever bought from. Even 3 months later I am still trying to work with them to get my product. Initially I bought an alpine overhead dvd player. They said it was in stock on their website. 2 weeks go by and I don't receive any shipping info. I call and they said the manufacturer is having issues but they received word it should be about 2 weeks. So I wait and 2 weeks go by without and notice. I call them again and they said a few days. Well it turns out to be basically 2 months and a half. I finally am so frustrated with this company I just switched my orders to 2 Clifford car alarms because of all the problems with the overhead DVD. I thought these items were in stock because that's what they claimed. Well these items are now being ordered through the manufacturer and so they tell me to wait a few days.....which means I probably won't ever receive them. I'm calling my credit card company to cancel and filling a complaint with the BBB. I was trying to be patient but they treat customers like crap so why should I.

UPDATE - Okay so today is Friday October 30th 2009 and still no alarms? No shipping info...no email...no nothing. See what I tell you!! A few days could mean months even years. I filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC. You should do the same also. With enough complaints they will launch an investigation and close this garage operated business down!!!

Today is November 23rd 2009. After waiting this long and being patient like my wife has been advising me I finally canceled my order and hopefully will be getting my money back shortly. If not I'll call the credit card company. Do not do business with this company. Why??? Don't risk it...its not worth the headaches when there are so many other better online companies out there. This place may claim to have the best prices but if there not in stock what good is that. You'll never receive your merchandise. Recently I changed my order....actually on many occasions, even verifying with them first if the items were in stock before making another order.....and guess what.....yeah same old story they flake and lie out the Axx. Even after telling me straight out they have the product in stock, after a few weeks I'm told there back ordered. These guys will lie to their moms or wives to make a quick buck. Untrustworthy scam artists!! STAY AWAY!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!! "
"It took over a week for my order to ship. After calling and complaining my order was shipped the next day. Once I received my order. The JL amp kit was not sent but a cheaper stinger kit was. I called and complained and was told I would have to email their sales department and ask for a return label. The response I got in the email from a Sales Manager was not very helpful at all. One week after requesting the return label I still have not had it sent to me and have had to dispute with my credit card company. Avoid this company at all costs, this is the worst site I have ever ordered from."

"Order form did not indicate the merchandise (Pioneer AVIC 900) was not in stock. No notice was sent to me for several days until I inquired as to status. I would be informed of status during the following weeks only if I initiated the request. After several weeks I asked for a refund and was asked if I wanted an upgraded unit (Avic 920) which was in stock. I said yes and they said would get back to me right away. They didn't. After another week I asked for a full refund. I have been told twice that my money has been refunded but that is not true as I check my bank daily. I sent last message today to Sales Manager Robert Jones and will consider legal action if no refund is shown in my bank statement.
UPDATE 10/10/09 - after several emails DCCA sent the upgraded unit and at the same price as the old one. They went above and beyond in their customer service and communications to rectify and make good a bad shopping experience, and I commend them for that. Thank you Mr. Jones."
"I ordered a new deck for my car from DCCA on Aug. 21, 2009. Just like everyone else it appears that I have been bamboozled! I went back and forth with them being nice and asking "hey where's my order, what's going on?" And was told it was backordered, and was finally told on 09/09/2009 that my order would arrive in 3-7 business days. What do you know? Still no deck, no tracking number, no anything. So I email them on 9/16/2009 and let them know that I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if they do not immediately refund my money. And on 9/21/2009 I filed a complaint, and gee what do you know I'm still waiting on a response. This company is deceitful and I can't believe that the BBB endorses a company with such blatantly awful practices. I spent 5 years in retail management and can't believe that they are actually getting away with this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY GET A PRODUCT. I will be filing fraud charges with my card company if I don't get my money back within the next week."
"I Would Not Recommend Dealer Cost Audio. Online ordering process provides no updates or notifications as to your order status. The only way to get an update is contact DCA by email. DCA will charge your credit card for full amount well before anything is ever processed or ships. It has been two weeks since they charged my Credit Card and I have not recieved any evidence that my order is even processed. Most good online companies will not charge your card until the items ship. I am skeptical at this point if I will ever receive my order. It has been 23 days since my order was placed."

We ordered a $600.00 stereo that showed "in stock" and paid for 4 Day Rush Delivery. we then got the run around from them for 25 days!!!! until we canceled the order and requested a refund. It has now been 23 days since and still no refund. They refused to give me any information to reach anyone higher than Nader or Robert and became very RUDE. They wouldn't even give me an address."
