"The item I purchased didn't work right out of the box. I feel since the item was defective, Dealfisher should have replaced it immediately. Instead they claimed it was covered by the manufacturer, who of course claimed it was Dealfishers responsibility. The manufacturer did finally replace the item after several emails and phone calls. So all in all I ordered the item on 10/08/13 and finally got a working device on 10/30/13, nearly a month later!"
