Order was confirmed. After receiving Confirmation I found out through a 3rd Party that Drives were refurbished?
The Order confirmation did not indicate anywhere that Drives were refurbished.
Within 10 Minutes I sent a request for cancellation through the Website.
The next thing I receive is a tracking #.
After 3 more request I received an e-mail that they will try to cancel Order, but no guarantee??
THIS COMPANY HAS NO PHONE # LISTED ANYWHERE!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
Company did refund my Payment, but still beware this is a Company that hides without a published Phone # and I needed to make 4 separate request to get a reply.
I spend thousands of Dollars on online purchases, but a Company without a published phone anywhere, is a Company I avoid.

"The product should have been delivered with more detailed instructions on how to get the Airport Extreme actually working. I expected the internal firmware in the new unit to have some intelligence so that just hooking things up would start automatic procedures for the hand-shaking needed. No such luck. It took a lot of trial and error, downloading software on all the computers that would be using the router, and a lot more trial and error on each computer until things gelled.
Detailed instructions (and a user-friendlier site at Apple) could have made things go much smoother and quicker.
