"Just received the Battery Case for iphone. Although described as refurbished, the condition is terrible! Can't see any sign of being refurbished. Dents, scratches and stains are everywhere. The buttons on the case are already worn out and don't work well. The battery can't be full charged either. Totally a heavily used one.

Update on Aug 16th: The customer service of Dealfisher is excellent! They refunded me immediately after I asked for an RMA. Altough the item only worths 2 stars, I would rate their service 8 stars."
