"I had purchased an item as a gift for my younger brother (which was a retractable monkey headphones) and another item for myself. Both items arrived with dented and crinkled packaging, most likely due to the mailman trying to cram the box into my mailbox, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The item I purchased as a gift was defective, so I emailed them twice at 1 week intervals explaining the situation and they NEVER responded and still haven't responded. (It is now 8/9/2011)

They don't even have poor service. Their customer service is non-existent! I would warn all the consumers to stay away from this company in order to save your money and not to waste your time."
