"Ordered 2 NEW xbox controllers from them. I dont know if they are new or refurbished as new. Not a bad price for them either way, but just keep that in mind when dealing with them.
The controllers came with the stickers on the battery pack, but only one came with the sticker under the xbox X button.
They also lacked the stickers underneath the battery pack with part number and model number and such information"
