"My name is Charles Nieves, I am the owner of RP&G Productions an event planning and production company based in South Florida. A couple of weeks ago my Blackberry Curve which is on the Sprint Network fell out of the holster and the screen cracked.

Due to the nature of my business and as many other business professionals, I totally rely on my Blackberry for constant communications with my clients. I went to a nearby Sprint store to have the device fixed, however I was informaed that although I have the "Protection Plan" with my account, I was informed that they would have to send the unit to a repair facility and that it would take approximately 3-5 days before I could get it back, (this option was NOT going to work for me) not to mention that I would have to pay a $50 deductible.

Unfortunately it was not possible for me to pay with a credit card because you have to fill in in which state you live. I live in the Netherlands which, like all EU-countries, has no states. Even when you inform that your order is an international one the website keeps asking you in which state you live. Thus I tried to fill in the city, as well as the province and the country in the state-box. In all cases the billing address did not match the one of the credit card. Which was to be expected. This is a true flaw in their system and it hinders successful transactions.

Hopefully they are going to fix this bug.
