after sending messages back and forth as it wasn't working, they keep asking me to take it to a shop to have it fixed,
Why do I need to do this that's not how a company conducts its self when its a new item, after I refused
And asked for a replacement they are now saying I need to send it back at my cost then I will only get back 90% of the cost, even though it has not worked from the day I received it, the law in England says I get a 12 months warrenty with a full refund, also if not satisfied with the product or as described in the first two weeks,,,, I'm intitled to a full refund at no cost to the consumer, they have messed me around for four months now,
all I want is a unit that works or a full refund, why do I need to take a new unit to be repaired, surely that's not how a company should act,,,,)))))
