"Ordered 2 times from this site (both within days of each other, so I didn't know better until after-the-fact). One was a PDA Mystery Box where we got an outdated Sharp Wizard and two accessories for older model palms. The PDA was DOA, which should fall under their returns policy, but I emailed two days ago and they haven't responded.
The other order was for kids mystery bags. We bought 5, with the 6th to be free. For some reason, the reciept showed a qty of 1 even though we were charged for all 5. I emailed immediately after placing the order with no response. I emailed again when only 1 showed up in the mail. They responded back that they're "checking with the warehouse"...that was two days ago and I've also heard nothing back on fixing that. I'm rather hoping they don't send the other 5 and maybe I can get a credit back on my card because the one we got was horrible! They advertised it as containing $70 worth of product for $18.99. It was all dollar store junk and I cannot even see how it would ever have added up even to $18.99! My poor kids, I'd hoped there'd be something slightly fun in there for them. The only things they even remotely enjoyed were some little magnets and a scented pen (and they're 6, 4 and 2 - most junk would be fun to them and this stuff still wasn't).
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
I'll update on how angry I still am after I hear back from them on my issues as well. No matter what they do, cheap junk, no value. Buyer Beware - I should've known better!"

"1 weeks ago, I bought one Mystery PDA Box and Today I get it.

When I opened the box, I was really disappointed. In the box, there are a useless very old sharp pda(even it does not work) OZ-290HII, a case for Palm M100 and Mobile Internet Kit for Palm.

"They claim that "Each box will have merchandise with a retail value of at least $100", I bought one Mystery PDA Box two months ago and it's just a whole bunch of outdated crap, who is willing to spend around 20 bucks to buy useless stuff, totally a fraudulent deal site!!!"

"I purchased 4 of their 12.95 Mystery boxes (with a free fifth box thrown in) at a cost of $13.00 each.

Communication was weak. I had to email them three times before I got a tracking number, then they sent me the wrong number. They promise to ship within 5 business days, which they did, but they shipped the packages via USPS media mail, so it took three weeks to arrive. The contents don't even qualify for media rate, but that's another issue.

When the packages arrived, I was underwhelmed. Lots of unwrapped dollar store junk, outdated Internet security software, 128MB flash memory cards, iPod accessories that are going unsold for 99 cents on Ebay, and so forth. The only decent items were three Franklin pocket translators, which were obviously returns (no packaging or instructions), and which certainly didn't make up the purchase price of the boxes. Nothing really useful here (I don't own an iPod) and nothing even worth Ebaying.

The non-mystery box stuff they sell are no bargains, so I doubt I'll be buying from this store again."

The free shipping even if slow usually arrives in a week and they clearly say it ships within 3 to 5 business days, so from my thinking you get what you pay for."
