"I ordered the TR2-M1 A4001D Socket 370 Heatsink and an A4 Tech KBS-2548RP Ergonomic Wirless Keyboard and Mouse Set. The price was great (lower than newegg, actually) and the entire order arrived within 2 days. The heatsink was in good working order. However, the keyboard set I received differed from the product description and the final invoice. Specifically, the receiver didn't come with a builtin battery recharger. I emailed Dealsonic's RMA department on Sunday to inform them of my problem and received a response promptly Monday morning. The confusion occurred because the manufacturer's website features the receiver, but the actual product package itself (for that exact same model keyboard) does not. They offered to either refund the purchase price, or exchange it for the equally priced A4Tech KBS-2350ZRP keyboard (exactly the same, except the keypad is on the right side, instead of the left). I opted for the latter option and sent the package back to them. I have since received the A4Tech KBS-2350ZRP and am quite happy with it.
Despite the slight snafu with the product description (which in retrospect is actually perfectly understandable), I give high marks to their service department. I was miffed initially that something had gone awry with my order, but their support/rma people took care of everything. All it took was a few polite email exchanges and a trip to the FedEx office. No hassles whatsoever. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchasing process with dealsonic, both in terms of price and service, and I would definately order from them again."

I got email from Dealsonic, and the problem is solved. According to Dealsonic, this is due to the computer error of my credit card company that caused me being charged twice.

I ordered one USB 2.0 external enclosure from Dealsonic, the price is $32.94 including shipping. But I saw that my credit card got charged twice the amount of money. I called them on Saturday, but nobody is there.

The item was delivered the very next day! :D Awesome service and the external enlcosure was packaged nicely, everything was brand new, retail, nothing was missing! I received everything as advertised on their website. I am extremely happy with Dealsonic.com and will definitely be ordering from them again.
Only thing that I was not happy about was the FedEx service (this of course is no fault of Dealsonic.com), but FedEx Ground didn't knock on my door or anything but simply left the box on my front doorstep in the rain! Fortunately, I was in the kitchen and saw the FedEx truck driving off and so I went to the front door to flag the driver down only to see that he'd left my package in the rain.

Without going into the gory details (and gory they were...), Dealsonic did everything short of give me discount on a new enclosure to make me happy. You can count on Dealsonic to make right whatever issue there is. In my experience, that's something that they will never cease to address, they dont ignore problems, they fix them promptly. I will buy from them again, because I've never, ever, experienced such fantastic customer service.

Dealsonic wrote me an apologetic email me the day I wrote the following and informed me that they were waiting on a response from the manufacturer regarding the specifications, and offered to take the enclosure back. I sent off a reply saying that I absolutely need an enclosure for this drive, and could we work up an exchange if I can find something suitable on their site? Will update with their response.

I ordered a USB 2.0 Enclosure that was billed as (quoted from the Dealsonic site:) "Compliant with ATA/ATAPI-6 Specification", which includes Ultra DMA Mode 5 (quoted from http://www.ata-atapi.com/hist.htm:)"ATA/ATAPI-6 includes another even faster Ultra DMA mode 5".
Now, when the package came, I happened to notice on the box that there are 3 versions of the enclosure specified on the box, and whatever is in there is be checked off as the enclosed contents. The USB 2.0 version that I bought does not support UDMA Mode 5, contrary to what was stated on the Dealsonic site. The Firewire version does, which Dealsonic doesn't even carry, so no mixup there.
I sent an email to Dealsonic about this on Sept. 3rd, the day I received the package. It is now Sept. 9th, and I have not received a response from Dealsonic.
When I buy something from a website, I buy it based on the information the site gives me (especially in this case, since no one else carries this enclosure, as far as I could google). How can I make a purchase in good faith when the information given to me is erroneous? In any case, that doesn't have to be a big deal if the company handles its customer service issues, which this company has, so far, not done. I have not received a even simple email response from Dealsonic as of this posting."
