"I placed an order on 11/25 and on 12/13 I hadn't received anything and nothing had been done with my tracking number. I called to cancel the order and a "support person" said that a manager would call me the next day. 2 more days of calling the same "support person" my sunglasses magically shipped when I was trying to cancel the order. On 12/20 the tracking number said that my packaged was delivered, but as I chased down the mail man, he said there hadn't been any packages delivered that day there. I called dealssunglasses to dispute my purchase and they say because it was delivered that they can't help me. Don't EVER ORDER from this company as it is a scam and you will never get your money back or your product."
