"This is the worst eCommerce experience I have ever had. Our Executive VP asked me to order a portable printer. I found this site and ordered the printer on June 20th. After it did not arrive and no order updates had been sent, I visited the site. The site had no update. I called them and they said they had to call their warehouse. After calling the warehouse they still had no idea about my order. He said they would call me later that day with an update. I never received a call. I called this morning (June 30th) and they said it has been shipped. They don't have a tracking number or a date that it was sent out. This company is COMPLETELY useless and I will never order from them again. "

"Purchased a power adapter for a GPS. The adapter did not work with my GPS although it was advertised as being compatible with that model. After three phone calls and two emails to the company, I have not received a return authorization. When I call I am told that a return Authorization will be emailed to me. I have received emails but without a return authorization."
