"Dearfoams SUCKS! I placed an online order for Fathers Day & ordered 4 pairs of slippers, 2 for my Dad & 2 for myself. One of the pairs for myself came damaged, wasn't sewn correctly & had a huge hole at the heal inside so I followed the directions to return them. It's been almost 2 months & I've called twice & sent 2 emails & still no refund! Everytime I called computers were down & no one could give me answers. They said try emailing. That didn't work either, no reply. WTH! They take your money but don't like giving it back! They promise a 100% satisfaction guarantee but don't deliver on that promise! Here's one faithful customer gone BYE BYE! "
