"I'm a patient guy, but this is ridiculous. It's been 20 days since I placed the order for an Xbox 360 Slim skin and an additional 2 skins for the controllers. According to Decalstore's policy they process the orders within 3-5 business days and then it takes 7-10 business days to ship to me. It's been WAY longer than that and every time I've checked the status of my order it always says the same thing: shipment pending. This never changes. I've sent multiple support requests for information about my order, I've emailed nick the person in charge of these things multiple times and no response. Hell, I even called Decalstore multiple times only to get a voicemail that sounds like the store doesn't even exist. I have opened a claim to try to get my money back via PayPal, though the store will actually have to respond to my claim, and now according to my order status I now randomly without explanation owe $25 more! This is an outrage and a complete ripoff. And don't give me this crap about COVID delaying orders. If it's in their policy that they process and ship an order within a certain amount of time I expect to receive my order within that time frame or at least an email telling me when to expect my order. Complete waste of money. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BASICALLY NON-EXISTANT! "

"I bought the military stars for my Jeep. I just got around to putting them on and I must say they look great! I also got some serial numbers for the hood and they complete the look. Very happy with my new decals. "

Two weeks after the claim, decals came with a bunch of indentations all over them. Seriously, looks almost like teeth marks on them. What a waste of money."
