"I ordered it from decksdirect thinking that I would receive the products quicker than Lowe's. They told me I would get it the following Wednesday and it only came Monday after that Wednesday. Then on Monday they tried to delay until Tuesday but I told them I wanted it there that day. After I received the stuff I realized I did not order enough post covers and ordered some from Lowe's. Post covers at decks direct were $66 and the ones at Lowe's were $44 and they were exact same thing. I checked other products and they were all about a third less at Lowe's if you can believe that. I then called Dex direct and asked for a price match and of course they would not do it. I asked them how they sleep at night but I don't know why I was so dumb and didn't check prices but check prices before you buy from decksdirect!!!"

Never opened the boxes and they won't take back the caulking. The first thing you see on there website is 365 no hassle returns, what a crock! Find somebody else to give your business to. "
"I needed a Trex infill kit to complete a project. The local Lowe's couldn't get what I needed for almost 2 months so I bought it from Decks Direct. The builder found he did not need the item - the shipping box wasn't even open and in perfect condition. I contacted Decks Direct for an RA and they sent me a UPS shipping label and told me to bring it to UPS. The UPS charge for the 4" X 4" X 6 foot, 1.5 lb box was $48.00 for an item that cost $42.00. I spoke to Decks Direct again and asked if they had a cheaper business rate shipping label they could send and deduct it from the return. Nope. They couldn't do that. Do not order from this company unless you are local and can physically bring back the item or they will screw you on the return."

Due to their outrageous shipping costs for small items I ordered two. I checked the order online due to the high shipping costs but I only received one. Evidently a breakdown on their Web site to their Db. The item was $12 and they charged me $18 for shipping. Sad! "

Had several delays in shipping which could've been remedied with upgraded shipping, but recieved ZERO support from their team. No callbacks and now are shipment is arriving late.
