"I placed my order 2 weeks ago and my credit card was charged immediately. I have heard NOTHING since then. When I called to find out what was going on they told me my item shipped 2 days ago and I'll receive it "sometime next week", yet the shipper has no record for the tracking number I was given. 9/30/14 Update: I finally did receive my order. Unfortunately it arrived with no prior notification - on an order that required someone there to take delivery.

The good news is I saved $100 on this item by purchasing it from DecorPrice.

What is really unfortunate is all the negative aspects of this experience could have been avoided if they would just have communicated with me during the process."
