"I ordered my entire home lights, plumbing and appliances from them. Max worked with me on my delivery schedule and assisted me every step of the way. I had a damaged bowl and he sent me a free replacement no questions asked. the trucking company used was unprofessional but Max even intervened and got them to change the delivery address to my existing home since I did not want the crystal chandelier hanging around on the job site for weeks. Triple A rating. And my one top destination for all things Home Decor"

"I placed my order 2 weeks ago and my credit card was charged immediately. I have heard NOTHING since then. When I called to find out what was going on they told me my item shipped 2 days ago and I'll receive it "sometime next week", yet the shipper has no record for the tracking number I was given. I just spoke with the freight company and the item HASN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET!!!
This is so completely unacceptable yet they didn't seem concerned that I have been charged $800 for an item that I can not even get tracking on.

9/30/14 Update: I finally did receive my order. Unfortunately it arrived with no prior notification - on an order that required someone there to take delivery.

The good news is I saved $100 on this item by purchasing it from DecorPrice.

What is really unfortunate is all the negative aspects of this experience could have been avoided if they would just have communicated with me during the process.
