"I ordered Hansgrohe part 34725001. I received a box for that item, but the contents were from a different Hansgrohe shower control that had clearly been previously opened. The box was also missing accessories and protective packaging. I immediately contacted DecorPrice informing them of their error and my desire to return the item at their expense.
DecorPrice asked for pictures showing the discrepancy, which I immediately provided. Then they went silent. After a few days, I called to ask about the return. I was told that the person handling my case was out but that a return shipping label would provided by the end of the day. That label never showed up. I called again a few days later and reached the person handling my case. He said that the item was "shipped from the manufacturer" and that they were arranging a return with them. I pointed out that this was clearly false as the item had clearly been opened by someone else and was missing the manufacturer's protective packaging. The rep continued to insist that I was wrong and also revealed that DecorPrice maintains no inventory. He promised a return label in a few days which has again failed to materialize. I started a dispute with my credit card company. Shortly afterwards, DecorPrice sent me a label to return the item.
Who knows what you're getting when you order from this business? They will apparently direct some third party to send you whatever they feel like, then give you the runaround if the wrong item in used condition is sent. Avoid!"
