"I inadvertently ordered 8 rolls of Scion wallpaper not realizing companies from the UK have different sizing so 1 roll is closer to 2. So I have 3 unopened rolls I can’t use and Decorators Best told me to “have a great day” but the extra rolls aren’t returnable. Sure I’ll have a great day trying to sell $300 worth of unused, unopened wallpaper on eBay. Definitely recommend a different company with a better return policy!"

It cost me $51 for NOTHING, except headache, time and stress.
When it came to my partial refund, I had to remind them and even then she made it clear that in her opinion they weren’t late on returning money (2+ weeks and 12 business days later, I had not received anything, not even an email.).
They wouldn’t own up to making a mistake by not reading the note on my order. They were also the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to.
I had a great experience with Laurie from WALLPAPER TO GO. They had the same item I needed, CONFIRMED that everything was correct before shipping.
That’s all I wanted from the beginning with Decorators… I can’t even finish typing their name because it is so far from the truth.

"Go elsewhere or be very careful when ordering from this company. They completely misrepresented a fabric and have not owned up to their error. They act like a 25% re-stocking fee ($150!) and a $25 return shipping fee is fair when they themselves should bear the expense for false advertising."
"I sent a e-mail asking about the two day deliver. Before I order a fabric. They failed to say that it would take four days instead of two.. I had asked about the two day deliver because I needed it in two days. They should don't offer the two day delivery then you should take the option out. I order it on Tuesday, I received it on Monday 12pm. I lost my client because of the situation. your customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I hope they review their policy and work on their Customer service !"
"Had I know the length of time it would take for my order to arrive, I would NEVER have used this company. I ordered fabric on November 30. The company states “If a product is available it will arrive within a normal 5-7 day period. For products shipping from outside the U.S., ETA is approximately 2 weeks.” I was later informed that the fabric was backordered until January 26. On Jan 27 I emailed inquiring as to the shipment date. Only then did they tell me that the fabric is further backordered until the end of February. If the order comes through in Feb, it will be a full three months since the order was placed and they have taken payment of over $1,500. An absolute ridiculous lack of communication or forthrightness from them throughout. AVOID."

"I got my fabric on time and in good shape and couldn't be happier. Customer service was excellent and communication was superb. Also they have a refund policy that allows you to return items with only a restocking fee. Other online fabric merchant offer to refunds at all unless the product is defective. In short I think Decorators Best is several notches higher than the norm and its prices are good too. I would not hesitate to buy from them again."
