"All is good - except for 2 orders now something or other has happened where the expected ship date was pushed significantly back, to the point I had to cancel the orders and then scramble to buy elsewhere. Not fun when your GC is waiting for the products! Also every other website gives a date by which you receive the product ... your "ship" date means little ... no real idea when to expect the product. Finally - what does partially shipped mean!? When there is a group of items, which then are "partially shipped", there is no indication of which one is the one causing the problem or which ones you should expect sooner, vs. the one that is delaying it. Also cancellations are done but you are never notified, so I keep having to check if in fact things were cancelled (you could just send an email when cancellations completed). Like the site alot, and prices, but logistics/execution is lacking and when it is an important item, to get on time as indicated on the site, I am going elsewhere unfortunately because I can't trust your timings anymore.
