"I am so pleased with the quick response that the Deed Poll Office reacted with. I have been applying for a few jobs this year, but I was unaware of a new change in some of the rules made in the new Right To Work system. You now have to prove every change of name that you have had. Due to not being in contact with certain members of my family, I had no proof of my mother changing my name when I was 6 years old. So I had to give up three jobs due to no proof, but due to the quick response from the Deed Poll, I was able to create a brand new certificate, that will allow me to use this to prove whom I am, each time I apply for a job. This has saved me a very emotional journey of fearing that I could not prove whom I was, and I cannot thank them enough."
