"I made the mistake initially of assuming that the Government route through gov.uk was going to be the way to make this change. I also assumed that this solicitor and old and frankly antiquated and redundant "enrolled with the courts" style government route must be the only way to legally, properly make the change that anywhere official will accept or would cause the least trouble.

I was wrong. I'm so glad I found this company, it couldn't have been simpler and friendlier. There were no hold-ups, or difficulties filing it with them and the companies and organisations I've approached with the Deed poll from this company have accepted without qualm. All you need is a small charge- unlike with the enrolled through the courts version totalling substantial legal fees, and a declarative witness who is a home owner that has known you for ten years outside of being family or spouse.
The rest is detail moving forward and very liberating. "
