I paid for a Deed and had to quickly get out of my computer and was not able to retrieve the deed after that. I contacted Deeds.com by phone and just got a generic recording that hangs up on you as well as sent two emails with no response, finally I got the following response from them...
Very Sketchy and unprofessional way to do business.

I have tried to contact 2 times now in regards to the deed I did, I am not able to retrieve it from your website in which I paid for and I did not save a copy to my work computer which is where I ordered it from. Please help me or I will dispute ALL charges on my credit card for this.

When you react out to them for support the phone recording states “we offer no phone support. "You cannot communicate with the company by phone and you cannot see what you are purchasing ahead of time. When I inadvertently purchased the wrong item the company refused to do anything to correct the problem. Instead they chose to keep the money and suggested that I find another service. "
