"They filled half of my order on time but the other half took almost 2 months to receive. I phoned to check on the order I believe 7 times and received a different answer over the phone every time. I was promised an email with tracking number on 5 different occasions and only received one that I forced them to send while I was on the phone.
When the part finally came it was missing parts and I had to contact them to correct the error and again did not receive a tracking number when requested.
In short parts seem good but service and communications were terrible."

"This company LIES to their customers!!! They say the part is in stock on their web site and then take 4 days to get it to the shipping department. That totally sucks given that I opted for 3 to 5 days shipping. Here I sit 10 days after order placement and no part. However they billed me ASAP!!! When you call to complain you don't take long to figure out that the employees have been taught pre written excuses to dictate back to the customer! LIARS!!! LIARS!!! LIARS!!! LIARS!!! LIARS!!!
