"I ordered my prop on 12/31 and paid for 2nd day air because I needed it. Nowhere on the website did it say that you would be closed on the 2nd of jan and not reopen until the 5th. so it took 7 days to get to me. When I called to question and express my displeasure, the response I got was "would you like to cancel your order". Nope, just wanted my prop not a smart response from customer service"
