"Mike Heller's attitude was overall pretty condescending. It wasn't stated in an obvious spot(lower right corner of checkout page) that orders AFTER 2 pm EST wouldn't process until the next day.

He basically called me stupid saying that MOST customers see that(apparently I'm not intelligent enough to).

My wife said, "God, he's rude!".

I mentioned his tone and he stated "...why should I apologize?...

Then he bragged about being the V.P. and knowing everything there is to know about website design and marketing...

He sure doesn't know squat about customer relations though

Long story short, I won't do business with DBYS again, and I'll inform anyone I know not to either.
