"The Ballistic prop #325030 arrived in two boxes. The interior box with the prop in it looked like it had been dragged behind a pickup truck. The prop was not damaged but dirty.......Exhaust stains and just plain dirty. I put it in the sink and washed it with hot water and soap to clean it up. There was a paper in the box dated 5/12/2013 stating the prop was purchased by someone and returned to you on that date. RGA number 101413RFC and a order number 43987-2M. It also has the original buyer's e-mail address. Shame on you for selling me a used prop. The prop is not damaged but it is not new, and I thought I was purchasing a brand new prop.
