"they sent the wrong propeller. it was their mistake, which to their credit they immediately recognized. they sent the right propeller to me overnight and paid return shipping on the other prop, but it still took 2 extra days, which cost me two extra days in the boat yard. otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars."

"My first experience with deep blue yacht supply last year was great, this year my order was delayed about a week and when i called the rude guy who answered said there was an issue with my credid card. Not true because it had cleared a week before. Then he said they are shipping it that day.(nice coincidence). When I receive it its not the brand I picked out. There was a hand written note on the receipt saying that they were out of stock so here is a replacement. Even tho the website said it was in stock and ready to ship. At least they threw in a koozie for the mess they caused. Not satisfied. "
