"After weeks of use snaps in two places fell off 'Thermal Lined Flannel Shirt Jacket'. Purchased on 11/9. Called customer service and no one answered. I emailed customer service on 11/23. No response. Called customer service again on 12/16 and was on hold for over 1 hour 40 minutes. I called back and talked to sales person and they said they couldn't help me or do anything for me. I gave up. Quality **** for such expense clothes and customer service is worse. "
"In October, I ordered 2 of the same shirt, different colors, 1 reg, 1 tall. Loved the shirts, but needed to exchange the tall for a reg. Used their prepaid return label, and they received it on 11/5/20. Haven’t had any luck contacting anyone in Customer service or Corporate offices ! I have listened to that stupid F...ing music for more hours total than I care to count ! I’ve sent 1/2 a dozen emails with no response other than their automated BS msg that someone will contact you in 24 hrs. HAR DEE HAR HAR ! I did discover if you want to place a phone order, a human will answer in less than 30 secs ! They also assure you there is life in customer service ! Liar ! I had ordered quite a few times in the past from them, but never again !! The only thing legendary about this company now is what a ripoff outfit they are !! "
"Made purchase of shirts that were returned. After numerous times trying to contact them by e-mail and through their 800 number I got someone. Finally got reimbursed. Like a fool, I had to send the other shirt back, and now I cannot get anyone to answer my calls. Just that stupid guitar strumming which you can listen to it for over an hour. I did. Calls go to a business in Florida and the items are from another state. Not sure what is next for getting my money back. Never again will I do business with a inept company like this one. They cannot call you or respond to e-mails. "

"In October I ordered a jacket for my son-in-law and a shirt dress for myself. Order came to $143. Well for 4 weeks I emailed the company and never got a response. So I called Legendary and cancelled the order. Call taker stated my money would be refunded in 2 to 4 business days. Well a month later, no refund. So I filed a claim through PayPal, and surprise surprise Legendary never responded, so Paypal refunded my money! I have ordered through Legendary in the past, but since they went into receivership this company has gone downhill!"
"I placed an order back on Oct.11th, 2020. First, I didn't receive it for two weeks. When I finally did the henley shirt item #6040 was too big. I used the return label, followed the instructions and sent it back for exchange via Fedex. Using their tracking number 02396343496930115054 I saw that it was received at their Apopka, Florida warehouse on 11-13-2020. Since that time I have not received the exchange or a refund. I have called their customer service number at least a half dozen times. No one ever answers the phone. It just sits on hold with that annoying music. I have also tried to get someone at the corporate office with the same result, no answer. I have also emailed at least 6 times and all I ever get in response is an automated email from their so-called Zendesk with a useless reference #. What way is this to run a business? I ordered this through their website. No wonder they do not have a place to leave feedback or testimonials. I should have ordered it through Amazon then at least I could send it back for exchange or refund. I'm not holding my breath that they'll ever contact me. I've come to the realization that I'm just out $45.00. Maybe when their business takes a hit they'll wake up. It's too bad because they have a well made product. This management will kill this company with their ridiculously poor customer service. Go elsewhere unless you want to lose money and have a huge hassle."

I returned a shirt, granted, a bit late. They never contacted me to refund my money (what I wanted), exchange for a different item or even acknowledge receipt of the return. I eventually called them. They told me that they could not refund my money, they will no longer exchange the item for a different size and when I asked for a gift card to make a purchase at a later date, they said no. WTF? Who runs a company like this?

"I order some of my boyfriends Christmas presents on this site. When I received my order, a week late, the flip blade knife was missing ( I got an empty box). I called customer service and emailed them I waited on hold for 30 minutes and never got a reply for my email. I had to call place and order to get a response. The lady I talked to said my knife would come by Christmas. I never received an email so I check my account and the order was cancelled, but no one felt the need to tell me that! I called again to find out the knife was out of stock, so now I have to find a new present with less than a week before Christmas. I also had to remind them to refund me because they didn’t even think about it. I’m very disappointed with legendary whitetails and I will not be using them again!

"Customer service is non existent. Paid for next day delivery on Sunday and still waiting. Cannot comment on product yet but if it is 10 times better than customer service (spoke to some Amy girl), then multiplying by what I gave them as a star ratings still leaves me with 1.
Waited ages for call to be taken. If you select option to speak to customer service the wait is insane. Phone back again and select option to place new order. You might still have to wait 30 minutes but still better than customer service. You pay for next day delivery only to be told it is from the day that they actually ship it. No refund on shipping as well.
Any one reading this and previous reviews should apply for a job in their customer services department. Hope Amy and the crew there have a "legendary Christmas"!

"Save your time and money and shop elsewhere! Their customer service line and "contact us" is a joke. 42 minute hold time and no answer. They will quickly take your money, but take an eternity to ship out your product. Christmas gift order placed on 12/10 and still nothing under "order status" for shipping updates, which clearly means this will not arrive on time. This company should close its doors. They are only good at selling, but horrific at fulfillment. Avoid the headache and disappointment people! "
