They were VERY slow to notify me of the shipping information (14+ days when I ordered it expedited freight). The tracking number they sent was wrong and the package was sent to Washington DC not to my office on the West Coast. I tried to telephone their customer (no) service line over 27 times over 3 weeks and got a recording most of the time stating that they would call me back messages were always left. I emailed their customer (no) service department 64 times and go not one reply,

When the package arrived I was charged a higher amount than what was on the web site AND THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEMS. They have still not responded to any inquiry but fortunately the Manufacturer will make it right ( Thank you Laughing Rabbit; mfg of Photon lights.
