"Amazing! Found this site after an exaustive search for a dvd player for my car. After being dissapointed by etronics.com I called this company to verify that the item I wanted was in stock. The rep that I talked to(who was extremely nice) told me yes. So I went ahead and ordered the item. Of course because of my living/shipping/billing situation I expected minor problems. The rep that I talked to previously called me about 15 minutes after I made the order to discuss a problem with me. After doing what was asked and them verifying I emailed asking about the status. (I thought they wouldn't be able to ship the item). I got reply very very quickly saying everything is in order and I would receive tracking number tonight (same day). As of writing this review it's the night they said I would receive the tracking number, I checked my email and there it was!! tracking number for the shipment just as they had promised.
I'm so please with this I don't care if the item takes long to get to me. Just the honest truth and amazing customer service is all I need.
Due to my experience with this company I think I'm gonna get all my sound equipment from here een if their price proves to be higher than another online retailer. I'll pay the extra for a piece of mind.
