"I ordered 3 deck post lights from them late summer this year. I had been saving the tab of their web site for weeks on my PC. After many reboots and losing my saved cart items I finally finished the purchase after deciding to go with their product. Apparently I forgot to add the LED lights to one of my post caps because it was different than the other 2 and when re-adding to the cart I must have not chosen the appropriate drop down. When I received the order, I thought they shorted me but upon looking at my initial order, I realized I screwed up.
I called them and told them I screwed up the order and asked to purchase the 3 more LED bars for the cap. I was transferred to another person in the warranty dept. He was very responsive and said I would be sent the item ASAP. No word was mentioned of price or shipping. I was happy.
A few weeks went by and no LEDs showed, so I called again. No one had a record of my earlier conversation, but the gentleman in warranty assured me that the LEDs would be sent out that week and apologized for the mix up.
One week later I received my item. I am happy.

Great, heavy duty product. Looks incredible!
My mistake was remedied to more than my satisfaction.
